About Brian
Brian L. Fayman is an associate attorney at Hill & Rainey headquartered in Colonial Heights with a Commonwealth-wide reach. Immediately prior to joining the firm he enjoyed serving as Creditor’s Right’s counsel at one of the largest collection firms in the Mid-Atlantic. However, in late 2023 he suffered injuries in a car accident where the other driver was at-fault after running through a stale red light. The recovery process reminded him that he also wanted to represent individuals and businesses on a more personal level drawing upon his prior experience – this led to his employment with Hill & Rainey where his cases are not limited to a single practice area.
He graduated Magna cum laude from VCU in 2006 and was selected to participate in the Virginia Capital Semester Program where he was paired with a State Senator in the 2006 General Assembly Session. In 2010, he graduated from Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law after completing several substantive externships.
Outside the office he primarily spends time with his wife and two small children. At over forty, you may find him on the pickleball court more than the basketball court nowadays.
He takes great pride in his work product, and constantly educates himself on current legal developments in his practice areas. Please reach out to him with any questions you may have about legal matters in Virginia.
