About Todd

Todd has extensive courtroom experience and maintains an expansive and diverse general practice in criminal and traffic defense, appeals, civil litigation, bankruptcy, estate planning and administration, and estate litigation. He has the distinction of having preserved a 1.1-million-dollar civil judgment in the Virginia Supreme Court, and in a criminal case, securing the reversal of a rape conviction for a defendant in the Virginia Court of Appeals. In addition to his courtroom performance, Todd is known for his compassion, analytical ability, and particularly, his writing-skills. He is frequently consulted by fellow members of the bar for advice on cases ranging from appellate matters to consumer bankruptcy issues.

Prior to joining Hill & Rainey, Todd was a partner at Daniels, Williams, Tuck, and Ritter in Chesterfield.

When blessed with spare time, Todd enjoys spending time with his family and friends, sports, reading, and the occasional practical joke with his neighbors.
